The right to keep and bear arms

The second amendment to our constitution gives us the right to keep and bear arms. Period, that means anywhere anytime, not governed by any local authority. Guns do not kill people, people do. The silly signs of no guns allowed and silly actions of towns and city governments of buying guns back are just that, silly, only naive and people not applying common sense fall for these socialistic ploys. Crunch the numbers! A firearm does not fire by itself, a bad guy is a bad guy and does not comply to rules, guns exist and sadly bad things happen by PEOPLE with firearms, firearms are the go-to weapon of choice, that is just reality, those that choose to not live in reality are a burden and threat to those of us that do live in reality.

Criminals are not giving up their guns…EVER. So, let's face this head on with an engineered solution. If you have a viable solution idea to stop violence (that is really what “gun violence” is) I would like to hear it, send me your solution from my contact page.

In the meantime; I agree with striving to keep repeat offenders from easy access to guns and help make mental health services available.

However, I believe that a “defensively trained and armed society will create the most civil society” here again is brinkmanship. ..If the bad guy knows that there is a severe consequence to their poo actions that may keep them from doing bad things…simple….back to Cinque’s book, no discipline and consequences will result in a uncivil society.

We’ve seen enough, now let’s fix it!
